What Method of Payment do you take?
Here at British Food Store Online, we know only too well how frustrating it is to find a store that stocks all your favourite items but doesn’t accept your method of payment. Thankfully, we’re more flexible than that. We take all mainstream credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Visa Debit and Visa and we also take payment via PayPal, cheque or bank transfer. If paying by cheque or bank transfer your order will be dispatched when your payment has cleared, but no matter how you pay, you’ll be able to enjoy your home comforts from British Food Store Online.
What currencies do you accept?
We only accept payments in Pound Sterling. If you’re struggling with this PayPal allows you to send payments in GBP from a bank account that’s in a different currency, so there should be no problem getting your order to us!
What countries can you deliver to?
British Food Store Online will deliver to any destination worldwide. Simply select your destination from the drop down list before to adding products to your trolley. And don’t forget, we can also serve BFPO destinations.
Do I need to create an account to order from British Food Store Online?
You don’t need to register to order your favourite British Foods, but it costs nothing to do so and there are a whole host of benefits available for those who do.
When you register you can:

- See your previous orders in history and track your current delivery

Is there a specific consignment size?
No, but in order to give you value for money on your delivery charges, we have incorporated a shipping optimiser to let you know your delivery costs as you shop, allowing you to order your favourite British foods more cost effectively. I have lost my account details, can you reset them?
Of course! Simply click the “forgotten details” tab so that we can send you a reminder. If you have recently changed your email address please contact us and we will be able to solve this issue.
Can you supply items not currenty offered in your store?
If you want it, we’ll find it. Simply fill in the details on our suggestions page and we will add your favourite items to the store. If you can include your contact details we will inform you when the items have been sourced and are in stock.
We are able to provide goods from most major stores within the UK such as Marks and Spencer and Thornton’s, so don’t go without – just let us know what you want!
Can I ship a package to an address other than my billing address?
Many people use our service to buy presents for loved ones overseas. Simply enter your shipping address separate to your billing address at the checkout stage.
I thought the weight was 30kg per box, why does it only let me put around 25kg in?
When shipping your goods, it’s important to understand that costs are calculated by taking the packaging, total volume and weight into account. Please see the shipping tab for a full explanation!
