BFPO Destinations

BFPO destinations only permit packages of 11KG to most destinations, this drops to 2KG per parcel for ship addresses.

The price for all BFPO addresses is the same.

Delivery times

You can expect your British food shop to arrive within 7 working days to most places globally, once an order has been placed.

If you need your British brands faster, most destinations can be reached within 1-4 days using our Express Air Parcel Service. Please enquire for prices

Breakages and refunds

We use high-quality packaging materials and trusted couriers, so we can almost guarantee that your packages will arrive at your door in perfect condition. However, should something go wrong, please call us straight away and provide photographic evidence of breakages. Alternatively, send the damaged parcel back to us and we will issue a replacement and refund the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

Price and Payment - Terms and conditions

1: Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due before you place your order. You are given the option of correcting any errors before you confirm your order to us.

2: Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

3: If we have made a pricing error by displaying a lower price than the correct price, we will either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. If the pricing error is unmistakeable, we are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

4: If we have incorrectly displayed a higher price, we will confirm the correct price to you in the Dispatch Confirmation and refund the difference to your card.

5: We will charge your credit or debit card at the time of checkout.

6: All payments shall be made in United Kingdom Pounds Sterling. Please note that British Food store online cannot be held responsible for adverse currency fluctuations. The conversion rate is set at the point of authorisation of your credit/debit card.

Our Refunds Policy - Terms and conditions

1: When you return a Product to us:

(a) Because you have cancelled the contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period , we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us;

(b) Because the Product is defective, we will examine the returned Product and replace it or provide a refund. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

2: When breakages occur during delivery, we require photographic evidence from you to demonstrate that the product is indeed broken.
